In the country when parliamentarians are traded like
bheda bakhra, I am kind of surprised, Maoists are still critical about joining the government. For some bidwans of Sajha, I know, Maoists are always wrong; but for some, I think it is a positive attitude not to be hunger for power.

PM, Prachanda meet inconclusive; Maoists continue debates over joining govt A meeting between Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala and Maoist chairman Prachanda, Tuesday, ended inconclusively as they could not announce anything definite regarding the ongoing efforts to form interim government.
Prachanda had rushed to Baluwatar accompanied by Dr. Baburam Bhattarai in the middle of the central committee meeting of his party, which was held in Maoist party office in Buddhanagar. The half-hour-long talks with the PM, however, did not produce any result.
Reports say the Maoist leaders complained to the PM about unilateral formation of commissions and promotion of senior security officials. They referred to the formation of Electoral Constituency Delineation Commission and promotion of a couple of Brigadier Generals of Nepali Army (NA).
Meanwhile, the crucial meeting of central committee members of the Maoists – who are currently available in the capital – has continued debates over whether they should join the interim government or not.
Speaking briefly to the reporters, Prachanda said that no final decision has yet been reached (about Maoists joining the interim government). "Discussions are continuing," he said.
Meanwhile, Maoist spokesperson Krishna Mahara said that there was also a possibility that their party could decide to stay away from government. Reports say many speakers at the meeting said their party should not join the government if the CA elections are not going to be held on time. The meeting is expected to continue for a couple of more days.
Earlier, senior Maoist leaders have been saying that they could lead third people's movement if the seven party government continues to ignore their concerns and dilly dallies in the formation of the interim government and announcement of CA polls date.
