My special personal regards for the people who participated in those protests.
But....,
here is an anecdote "the celebrating mass in Nepal" can learn even from that community of rats.
A young flibbertigibbet mouse stood up with a gleam with his eyes and delcared, "Okay!, we can't keep losing our brother and sister rats to the voracious cat. Let's put a big bell around his neck so that it rings loudly whenever he comes around the corner and we can all dart for covers!!". "YAY!!!!!!!!!!(^n)", cheered the rest of the mass except one sagacious and old mouse. He went up the dais and quizzed "But who amongst us will put the bell around the villainous cat's neck". The cheers instantly hit a downward spiral.
Now, in Nepal we can celebrate only if the maoist problem is solved first. The abolition of corruption, creation of equal oppurnity for all, establishment of a just and equitable society etc are the other goals we can worry about next.
I don't mean to be too critical but the reinstatement of the parliament is just like treating the symptoms but not the real disease. Who won at this point? It's not the people of Nepal, it's Girija and his band of brothers. You figure the rest.
