Tell your DSO to make a letter stating that you have been attending classes regularly, if not go and ask your professor to have your attendance list for the month for july or cell phone bill or bank statement.

Send them a letter that you have not been out of US and tell them to check your i-94.

Since i'm not a student here, i cannot tell professor to make a letter for me.
I asked DSO and he simply did refuse saying he cannot help me about TPS.
I have valid i-94 and have not been out of status.
So, my question is "Is it necessary to send USCIS a letter stating i have been staying here since the TPS given period?

Passport photocopy and i-94 form matra pathaye hudaina ra? If not, what's the best way to deal with it?
Is here anyone F2 dependent who applied for TPS and EAD? Please suggest me!
Thanks in advance.

You have to submit documents to prove continuous presence besides copies of passport and i94 . You can submit bank statements, phone bill, rent lease agreement (provided they all have your name in it.) from june till now. so any monthly statements, more official Is better. If you can' t submit any of those, submit your husbands rent lease/utility bill and letter from him stating you have been continuously living with him in the above address from such and such date.

All the best

i had not submitted any of those to prove my contineous presence...but if you have one i would recommend to do so.. if not i think you will be fine. along with those document what i did was , asked my husband's university to type a letter for me to get the waiver.along with that i also submitted my husband GTA to prove that we have low income and will not be able to pay the processing fee.

@aksshre is your TPS approved or on finger print fee recieved status ? I dont know why u need to submit the waiver letter. Pls Read the tps info page and criteria CLEARLY. Only criteria is you have to be a Nepali citizen and have been continuously present here in US since june 24 2015. This is not a nepali government office where they ask you to submit bakwas documents, this is US. Here they ask you very specifically what they need. You have to submit those. Otherwise your case will be pending like many others. EAD, uscis will give you as soon as you submit nepali passport and i94. But TPS approval is main thing. This is what a lawyer asked when one of my friends applied, and his TPS is approved. He was out of status too.

I did not pay single penny for my tps all the fees was waived. yes i got approved notice. if we can show we dont have enough money to pay the tps fee($515).. we can fill the waiver form and ask them to process our TPS without paying any money. i did it all by my self ( no lawyer used) and my $515 was also waived. if you dependent(F2) , u have high probability that ur fee will be waived.

Bank statements from month of june, july, aug, sep, oct (if you have one), passport (every page that is used) copy, i94 copy, your husbands rent lease and letter from him. If you joined some health club or something like that. It might work as well. If you cant find any, do as askshres says. She says hers got approved.
