I did attend the session, the session started after 45 minutes of delay. The organizer were saying delay was due to technical issues since there were so many participants participating which they did not anticipated. There were Q&A session but the answer were not that concrete. The answers were I think you can do it....

But people here are looking for definitive answers what will happen if scenario A happens or scenario B happens for a particular visa status. Even if you missed the session you didn't loose anything at all. I am hearing that there is one session in NY for June 28.

TPS is mainly useful to overstay visa holders ( illegal/ undocumented immigrants).

TPS is nothing BUT WORK PERMIT.

Because they are already in the work force in US society, giving them Work-permit would allow them to

work freely anywhere they want with more higher wages.

BUT THOSE GREEDY NEPALESE COLLEGE/H1B KIDS WHO HAS VALID IMMIGRATION STATUS ARE MAKING THIS

TPS MORE CONFUSING TO UNDERSTAND FOR OTHER NEPALESE IN US.

IF YOU HAVE A VALID VISA AND YOUR IMMIGRATION STATUS IS IN GOOD STANDING, PLEASE

CONSULT YOUR LAWYER, BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY YOU'LL GET EXACT ANSWER FOR

EACH INDIVIDUAL CASE IN CONFERENCE CALL.
