अमेरिकी सदनको प्रारम्भिक चुनावबाटै बाहिरिए रौनियार

काठमाडौं, साउन २४ । अमेरिकी कंग्रेसम्यानका लागि चुनावी अभियानमा उत्रनुभएका नेपाली मुलका दर्शन रौनियार बाहिरिनुभएको छ ।

डेमोक्रयाट् पार्टीको तर्फबाट अमेरिकी तल्लो सदन ‘हाउस अफ रिप्रेन्जेन्टिभस्’ का लागि मंगलबार चुनावी मैदानमा उत्रनुभएका रौनियार प्रारम्भिक चरणबाट नै बाहिरिनुभएको हो । स्रोतका अनुसार उहाँले २ दशमलब ३१ प्रतिशत मत प्राप्त गर्नुभएको थियो ।

त्यसैगरी उहाँका प्रत्यासी रिपब्लिकनका उम्मेद्वार जोन कोस्टरले ४७ दशमलब १३ प्रतिशत र डेमोक्रयाट् सुजन डेलबेनले २३ दशमलब २४ प्रतिशत मत प्राप्त गरेका थिए । अन्तिम चरणको चुनावका लागि उनीहरुबीच आगामी नोभेम्बरमा प्रतिस्पर्धा हुनेछ

Nepalese in America are still in struggling phase. Majority of them are 1st generation who work day and night to earn money. Most of them don't have american college education. They don't know the real american culture. May be  2nd 3rd generation will be intelligent enough to stand for congress and president.
