My AoS was denied last month due to overstay( 127 days) am I eligible to apply for tps if uscis designates it for Nepal ?? What are the chances of redesignation to haiti , nicargua and Nepal ?? I don’t know much about tps .

Re-designation, though extremely helpful to many people, is unlikely for Nepal but extension is very likely in my opinion. If you entered before the initial designation (2015) and have remained in the US, you may be eligible to file for late registration. However, if they somehow re-designate Nepal for TPS and if you are still here before the registration opens for initial application, you will be eligible to apply.
