Remittance (the major source of fund for buying land) is declining at a greater rate than expected. Nepali banks are getting overexposed to overpriced real estate. There is a liquidity crunch in the country and number of land transactions has started declining. A massive sell off is coming and it will be brutal. Are there people in Nepal who can afford 10 lakh/anna land? If I were you, I would sell it for 5 before it hits 3.
Mr. FF is correct.. learn from US market and imagine if a balanced economy like US can crash in no time, Nepal doesn't have an economy other than land buy/sell. Once that market is crashed....imagine...
MAGA and all how do you feel about Trumps cabinet pick?
