I am a graduate student and will be graduating this Dec. I will be applying for an OPT starting Jan-02-2009. There was an OPT seminar in our college and the presenter was stressing quite a bit on "student not violating their visa status till now for getting an OPT card". Well, the thing is that I've worked at McDonalds giving my SSN for 3 months during summer of 2007. My concern is whether I will have any complications in getting the OPT card. Please suggest. Thanks.
