I don't know if it is the best Nepali music video, but it definitely is a good Tamang Selo. The laya (rhythm) of the song is quite authentic. I particularly liked the accent they sang with. Not everybody in Nepal speak Nepali like Bahun-Chettrys and this song highlights that. And that is good.

hehe, samsara, I really liked a lot of aspects of this song. In part 3, when they film 'sipahi daile tira haanyo' it is really amazing video there. Plus, they talk about fight with English in Sindhuligadi, women rights and so on. Anyway, It is rare to see folk song so original. These days most of the folk songs look like they were written in KTM, conceived in KTM, and shot in KTM. This is certainly different. I think the way they made video is terrific. It really shows our Nepal unlike any other video. The bhadgaules, the words, and so on.

What a wonderful presentation! Strong story, excellent wording and exceptional presentation has made this song tremendous. I watched all 3 parts, it is awesome. It is not only a good Tamang Dohori but one of the best Nepali song.

Nepalean, you are the man! You have similar taste to that of mine. I really felt very strongly about this song. It was as if like watching God Father (I watched all three version in one saas). But this song is better than God father in that godfather III was so lousy. I think original songs of Nepal will continue to be popular. I think the reason why Sa Karnali, Ekadashi Bajaaraimaa, Bhedako Oonjasto and this song they all are so phenomenal because they are so original. Sajhakohero, thanks for your video. They are good, but not as good as the one I posted above.

In part 3, when they say , सिन्धुलीगढी दरबारमा अँग्रेज लडाईं खेल्दामा, अरिंगालको झुप्पोमा सिपाही दाइले तिर हान्यो are they referring to the fight with British during Prithvi Narayan Shah? I remember the only fight that occured in Sindhuli was when the British came to Nepal when Prithvi was laying siege of Patan in 1822 or around that time? GI, tks for your posts, enjoyed them thoroughly.
