In my opinion, this is the crime that deserves the death penalty right away. Montgomery is accused of strangling 23-year-old Bobbie Joe Stinnett at Stinnett's home in Skidmore, Missouri, and cutting the 8-month-old fetus out of her womb. Montgomery was being held in the Wyandotte County jail in Kansas City, Kansas, late Sunday, and faces a federal charge of kidnapping resulting in death.(CNN)

it was such a horrible thing to even read... this woman obviously must have been severely traumatised by her own miscarriage... but theres no doubt shes a psychopath... she needs to be locked up...

The news reads, " Lisa Montgomery, 36, of nearby merlvern, Kan., is accused of killing Stinnett on Thursday, removing the baby from he womb and trying to pass it off as her own to family and freinds. The baby, a girl named Victoria Jo, was later recovered unharmed." Disgusting Psycho.. whatever made her do this heinous crime, this is the kinda crime where death penalty should be mandatory irrespective of mental illness, if any. IndisGuisE:(

In my opinion, if she (or anyone else) was capable of: 1)making a plan 2)executing her plan 3)attempting to hide the crime 4)was able to successfully remove the fetus off of the mother's body SHE MUST BE PUT INTO DEATH BED WITH MAXIMUM TORTURE POSSIBLE. I have a problem with anything less than death penalty. What if she escapes the prision and does it again?
