No. They don't want to take chance. Even Adhikaar & National TPS alliance are cricket in their social media post about any TPS related posts even though TPS Alliance participated in lawsuit that they lost. Trump admin may revoke their Tax exemption status and loose funding.

As per the other nation’s TPS alliances they also mentioned that there was not much participation from Nepalese communities for lobbying in White House for TPS extention the representation is very low. They might file a lawsuit for chances are very slim for a 6 month grace time might get only 60 days as during the case pending time they are saying EAD might not be extended

That means Nepal TPS probably get 60 days to pack up and leave or go in hiding.
