I found my husband on matrimonial site!! See now we have been married for a while and even have a son. Yes, it was a very long distance relationship which required so much understanding, time, and of course a lots of money for the communication and travel back and forth to see each other. But it was all worth in the end. Hey everyone, just listen to your mind when you are in LDR not just your heart becasue sometime your heart can betray you but mind won't.

I think long distance relationships tend to work out IF there's a clear date on the horizon when one expects to be together again. Whether that is two months or two years matters less... but having a fixed time to look forward to helps a great deal in pacing oneself and enduring... Then when one is together again (especially for people who spent a lot of time together before the separation)... keep in mind that it will take some time, energy, and perhaps frustrations, till one has adjusted to being together again, overcoming the differences, changing habits, etc., that developed during the separation...

well, Dalli is my name ( not real though) in sajha. So I do not get offended at all. Just listen to your heart and mind and it will tell you if you should be in relationship with that person or not. At least in my case it did. .

when it comes to relationship ( of course between a gal and a guy) I think it is best to listen to your mind that heart becasue in this area heart is more confusing than the mind. No, I do not have any suggestion for you but one thing everyone should remember is how to communicate and tell the truth if the pther party wants to know something. So you know what to expect when you are in relationship. The other thing is communications. Oh, yes you have to communicate becasue if you do not no matter what the distance can make you apart. Well, I am just telling these things from my own experiance!!!!!!! hope it will help!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with ladyinred's rules. I have a long distance relationship goin on... and everyone thought that we would break up in a few months but its been years now. Things were not easy in the beginning... there were times when i thought we should move on or something. but then we decided to work it out, no matter what. so yes i agree with ladyinred's rules.. all of them.

bijays, the reason goys find it hard to find girls is plain.guys want girls who have boobs like mariah carey's,body like J.Lo's lips like Angelina's, so how is it possible? girls on the contrary develop feelings for her guy frens if they care for her or is there for her in need.they won't give a damn to theirappearance. so next time there's someone out there reaching out for you, try to take a peek into her heart rather than observe her from a distance.

sorry if you've encountered such a cold hearetd and ruthless person sujanks but my advice is guys take a few smiles and a good words as approval from the girls and later dare 2 propose, get turned down and name them cruel. it's hard 2 develop feelings towards friends. but those feelings if develop later on, form the strongest bond.there won't b any need for looking good or acting in a different way 2 please ur partner.but it's not always possible. love those who loves u, not those whom u love.

I think LDR is not worthy at all esp. if u never met the gal or guy. Cause I will never trust anyone who are in chat or net N also don't expect anyone to trust me. I rather look around my city (not farther than 100 miles). hehehe

ok ... but don't call ALL the girls cold... remember everybody has his/her own reason, nobody wants to unfaithful by default esp. when u r talking about a girl, break up or cheating or anything like that is never easy.. i know it's not easy for a guy either but.. she's not always ruthless. BUt it's true that girls can be REALLY ruthless if they want to, just be careful and dont' push her to that point!

i think it's like this : girls are either too polite and too honest or they are too rude and too unfaithful. guys are always in teh middle, they are a little rude and at teh same time honest.

well personal observation - that mediocre, a little rude a little honest thing doesn't work with most of the girls, we dont' need any extreme characters but we need some excitement in the relationship....a guy who is faithful only someitmes doesn't stand a chance, u can't be in the middle with sth like faithfulness..

Long distance relationship can work...it all depends on urself and ur guy/gal. I too had this long distance relationship with my guy who's in singapore. Trust, love and committment is all that it requires. If you love each other, are committed and have trust in each other, you can work it out. But, unfortunately mine didn't work due to other things...family pressure etc. But when I was involved with my guy...long distance didn't matter.

what is the meaning of faithfulness, honesty and loyal. Lets be realistic. If there is hot chick or chack(for gals) approach U, I don't think U won't go for it. Even its nothing wrong. Well all those words are good in book n imagination. If u want to live in dream than Go for it else com to real world. U are also part of it!!!

Keedeedai I think you have just justified my comment about skimppy clothes yourself. That's what I meant when I wrote the comment there are appropriate attire for certain venues. For example like you said a bikini is for a beach, skimppy slutty clothes are for night clubs but for cultural programs there is usually smart casual clothes or traditional dress up which is appreciated and admired by all. I think you have unnecessarily used the word "Moron" don't you think. I don't want to be disrespectful as you have written dai in the nick I guess you are a senior to me..........just presuming but I hope you are not drinking alcohol too much as it is effecting your capacity to judge things. Peace and Leave me alone and also please come up with rational replies which is common sense.
