I have a very good friend, he got deporation in 1999, while he was trying to help someone to bonds from immigration. He did not go back to Nepal. Now he is in DHS custody almost 20 days on traffic vilations. He also has 5 year US citizen son. I consulated so many lawyer Indian and Amercan so on. Indian Lawyer almost all asking money first and they says they will reopen the case however almost all american lawyer are saying they will executed previous deporation without any bail or bonds. I am very frustrated with these legal system.I don't know how to get rid of this good man from DHS custody.
can you guys/gals suggest on this matter, what should I do? Let help this good man.

what would you do if you were the same person to be deported ? your dream of becoming the US citizen and ambition would go to hell. if you want your life to be good, try think other bo s be good as well. be empathetic. try to be human not an unscrupulous jerk.......

I would think long and hard before giving any money to an Indian Lawyer especially if they promise what the American lawyers can't promise.
