@Prajan Pradhan If you go out of status then when your TPS expires, you will be out of status, and coming back to status will be harder. Try not to lose your F1 status, at any cost.

I have seen that some of yours status date changed, but the message is same. I looked in to other forums, and found out that after you get your second message, you will get your card soon. Now you will probably get another message "We mailed your card or something like that". Hopefully you will get your EAD with in a week.

Do we need to carry our original passport during Biometrics appointment? I was reading online and it said to carry two forms of photograph ID. So just wanted to make sure because if it is needed I will have to get it sent back from Nepal Embassy here in DC. And don't know how long they take to send it back.

I would appreciate if someone who have had their Biometrics done could kindly answer this.

I don't know where did you read that you need two forms of ID, that is incorrect.

You need photo ID (Passport/Driver License/ State ID), and the biometric appointment letter.

Passport is not must, but if you have one it's better, but if not then don't worry about it.

You should take picture I'd with you(state id,driver license or country passport) You don't have to carry 2 form of photographs ID.

I also gave biometrics on august 10. My status also changed today to "on Sept 3rd we ordered production of card". Before, it had a date of August 13 instead of sept 3rd. I think this is because they starting sending card production to Missouri center as the other center is under maintenance now. Hopefully EAD will arrive in a week or I will lose my job that I was supposed to start on Sept 1.

will i be able to go to college once my TPS expire.
I heard we have to go back to Nepal once TPS is over.
My concern is i dont want to end up illegal even if i have to go home.

Guys clam down don't worry if ur status says new card in production or cards been send people r here still says pending and Waiting done biometric long time and waiting😟😟😟😟

I think probably you might have to go back to reinstate your F1 if you dont maintain that status during TPS. Please see previous posts regarding this. Thanks

is there anyone with B1/B2 visa applied for TPS and got approved? Mine is still pending, I have valid B1/B2 visa i had fingerprint appointment on 4th Aug. I think they are making decision faster for F1 (valid and out of status).
