Hey sajha admin!! Please stop displaying that big flashing picture of Prashant Tamang on the front page. It is too irritating and everytime i open the page I feel irritated as i have to mouse over there and close that picture to see the other contents. I beleive that Prashant is of nepali origin and we have our centiments towards him, even I have but it is also true that he is not going to live for Nepal and will not contribute Nepal, whatever he earns and pays tax will all go to India, so why we Nepali are too crazy abt him. I think it is shame of sajha to promote him this much, it is useless and ridiculous. I humbly request to omit that display or else you can make this sajha.com as darjelling community or Indian community, we Nepali guys will try to search another community!!

               I know that you have to give full attention to your costumers, If they want something displayed you would do and they would pay for it. But please dont make sajha.com so much vanurable to money, that it could be manipulated by your costumers and could consume the whole page and discomfort other memebers. Even that small picture on the left could be noticed easily. People who are interested would definately click it anyway, But for the people who dont really enjoy watching  his  big size flashy picture, the moment when you open sajha.com, its very irritating. And when you move your mouse to click the "X" it disseapers. That is even more frustrating as you dont even have the salvation of actaully closing the god damn window. I initially thought sajha was for the nepalese people,"sabai nepali ko sajha" you proudly acclaim in your previous post's too (i have read few as you dont write that often). But the way i see it now  is , its more likely turning out to be, "advertising ko lagi sajha"! Dont take otherwise. This is just my opinion. In the end you have to do what you have to do. This is your LLC and you make the descisions. I know that these advertisment are crucial for the developement of sajha.com but If you are still planning to implement the same aggressive advertising tactics then i am very kindly request you to redesign your logo (on the top left of your website)  such as, "Business ko lagi Sajha." so it took 24 posts to fix the problem

it was really annoying, even though i support him, the way he was flashing in sajha was not good, maybe sajha was after money.

I find this ad blocker very important as once i block that ad it never appears...and to block all you have to do is right click and then block ad on the ads....It will make even other sites load so faster

I dont know about the IE explorer though...
