I agree with him. But to be considered sex, oral sex should be done with consent of boththe man and the woman. Usually in several surveys and case studies and what not that have been done, it shows that girls give guys fellacio but not otherwise. Even in western countries where pornographic movies are so rampant, it is stunning to see howmany girls go "down" on guys wheile the same is not done by guys. SO in that case, a simple fellacio to a guy would not be considered oral sex, in my view. simply because the guy hasnt performed his part. even in the case of both partners doing it, it would only be considered oral sex, (and that would be fromTHEIR point of view) if they both WANT to do it.
