Hi All Sajha Members, 

       I came to USA 2 yrs ago with F1 visa and still i am working on for my second degree. i went back to KTM last year and get married. My husband is an Medical Doctor. He try to come over here through USMLE but the embassy in Nepal denied his VISA. After that i did try to bring him as my dependent on F4 still get denied. I am an Grad student and its my 2nd semester, i dont wanna give up my study and go back to Nepal right now. But on the other side i dont wanna be far from my hubby. Is there any option i can bring him over here. please if you have any suggestion feel free to write it. I am planning to transfer to University in Canada because someone told me in canada they will easily give visa to there dependent is that right ? please if you are in canada or had similar situation please suggest me with good response. Thank you all in advance.

Why did they denied for F4 or F2  Visa ( don't know but i know its dependent visa), you can always ask the embassy in Nepal. So, that you can review all your documents and re apply again for F4. Good Luck

Don't have lot of ideas abt that. But I heard that it is pretty easy to get visa for Canada. So like champ said review all documents and reapply agin ....sometimes u know...who knows....Believe in God and hope for best.

Sorry to hear that prayasha. I am in a same situation too but in my case it's my wife. Don't know for how long i have to stay far from her. I am thinking about leaving without even getting a degree now because i can't stay far from her anymore. All i have left now is to pack my bag and leave this country. hope that day will come soon.
