I hear u bro,
people who say they don't care don't know what u talking bro, i feel u man, i know when u want to share some things n want to talk to him/her after a long day at work/school/life n come home ur RM always on Phone and doesn't seem to care abt u . he might be using his phone but being a roommate means more than just sharing bills, ayway take it easy
Solution-have a open conversation abt it with him/her n explain how u feel abt it when they always on ph? hopefully they will change , i m not saying they can't talk on phone but there is always a limit n its very important to understand both sides story.
