No idea who is most popular? Girija, Jhalanath, Prachanda, Baburam, Upendra Yadav all are popular in certain circles.

But, among all Baburam is the most hard working and honest person I guess. He is not a communist hardliner; can understand the need to change or give up some communist ideologies; lives a simple life, is not corrupt and has some vision of the future. He is not the perfect or best man, though.

Most popular is  Gyanendra.  When gyanendra goes to India even the popular baburam and prachanda shit in their patns and starts to make weird comments.
