I think its  good  to realise our country lacks skilled and able manpower. It would be really great if government can curve the culture of strike and protest in education sector.

Surprising thing is these bahun netas of all parties think they are the leaders, they are the most suitable nepalese to lead the country, and they are better than other nepalese. But see where the country is going.. in a deep shit-hole.

ved555 you are absolutely right......he is the modern era Hitlar.....from no one to PM through thousands of bloodshed,fear and intimidation..............He is actually hurting himself by sucking china.....because It was India and their help he overpowered the king because the King was favoring China than India so Indians supported Prachanda to will and be the PM........and Now he knows that India is his biggest enemy......He turns to China for help......LOL..........Indian govt will break his ass tooo...he not onlydeserted his own party...he forgot the hand that fed him.....Look at Indian politics......they made terai completely Anti Maoist, Matrika leaves, Maoist party is breaking.....its RAW at its best in spoiling Nepals internal affairs. Lands bieng enroached by Indian troops testing the government to take action and declare war or showing that India can have its will in Nepal and her politcs........Our King refused and in the SAARC meet he boldly told india tos tay out of Nepal. ands to bring China in theSAARC.......and we all know the outcome....India cant have a super power watching every move. China can easily bully India ....so india plays a friend with us but its goal is to make Nepal  failed State and possibly capture like Sikkim. Even now......if any one wants to develope anything in Nepal..India will obstruct. Our country needs to be out of India's Grip and the only person who can deliver is our KING.

agreed with Dipulata, our country needed and needs skilled manpower no matter whoever leads the country - whether it be Maoists or NC, or UML or Gyanedra.

How is it a joke when a prime minister of Nepal asks his skilled countrymen to invest and use their skills and knowledge in their home country? Yo birodh ma political gandha aairachha. Yo pakkai birodh ko lagi birodh hunuparchha :) (NC used to blame UML when it was rulling the country around 1993-1994 when UML used to disturb the parliament.) I welcome such a statement even from Girija even when he is not in the govenment now and even when he messed up the country as the head of govenment in the past. Guys, a honest and real Nepali does not asks what a Nepali government can give to him or does for him, but thinks what he can do for the country and does it. Do I sound like JFK? :)

Ok lets say everyone went to nepal to develope our country........who can garauntee our safety? when Maost Pla and ARMY is pointing guns at each other. Believe me guys...If nepal was peaceful full of opertunity and  progress........EVERY NEPALI WOULD NEVE LEAVE NEPAL...........NEVER......WE ALL LOVE OUR COUNTRY...BUT NOT THE MAOISTS..........get it???????...dont fall for sweet talk..........how feasable is it tht prachanda promised poor people to build ELECTRIC train to all remote villageswhen Nepal lacks electricity??? even if we have the capability to produce enough to light up ASIA??????//////

sathi, i am not advocating for Prachanda; he might be good in some people's eyes and bad in some other peoples's eyes. he might be responsible for some of the mess ups you mentioned above along with other politicians such as Girija or Makune with some most responsible for some issues such as lack of electricity or drinking water and some others most in some other isssues. in the past, all those leaders from all political parties - Girija, Makune, Prachanda, Gyanendra, all...., threw false assurances among common Nepalis. so Prachanda is not the only one; he was just the one doing so lately.

then skilled and educated people have also responsibility to guide these corrupt and crook politicians in making conducing environment for investment, work, etc etc within the country (unfortunately, academic and skilled people are attached to one or other political parties and helping the politicians in further messing up the country) and people to stand for their rights adn to stand up against strikes, etc. again, if we don't do anything, situations would be further deteriorated in our country. so whoever appeals skilled manpower to stay and apply their skills in Nepal does not matter, there will be never an ideal situation for us to go back and work and invest our skills or money, we must act now by ourselves. I don't see Prachanda's appeal a breaking of tradition, such appeals used to come from other crooks as well in the past.

Prachanda doesn't belong in heaven. If we tell this thing to him, he will be saying that if he goes to hell for doing some thing good for citizens than he is ready. But Mr, Dahal, GO TO HELL. Some of us were expecting a lot when ur revolution got successful. Some of us were ready to forgive you your homicide of 13,000 innocent Nepalese. But now, it's too late...
I am not a fan of ex king but you know what when he asked for 3 years with the Nepalese to make a change, u didn't give him a chance. Now why should we give you a chance when you have shown so much of TANDAV. You are not a different than what he was but u are more of a Satan dude....He killed some beloved Nepali rulers and went to the throne, you killed some 13,000 Nepal builders and went to the same fu'king place.
I just don't like Prachanda. His personality is rude and rules like a 18th century ruler. He just messed up Nepal pretty bad.He fu'ked us up and the whole country. We were still crawling towards development when he started to blow up roads and bridges. Why would someone do that? Blowing up the infrastructure. ..Now them mo'fo who blew up the bridges and roads wouldn't repair or remake those things they blew up.Our then government was stupid not to act seriously on the first attack made by Maoists back in '95. And here we are. Feels like dreamin' a sudden mo' fu'kin' change but in a bad way.
Oh Lord ...Save Nepal.

Guys its obviously not a joke when PM asks for citizens to stay in Nepal but have u ever thought that if these guys stay in Nepal , they are to be mobilized for strikes and other YCL activities and that is What prachanda wants. That killer wants every one to be in his favor and support his every activities. What do u think the guys of other universities are mobilized for ?????

Prachanda have had enough killings with the uneducated Nepalese and now he wants to diverse his distruction in a slightly different way so that international communities could not be against him. That is the why he is motivating skilled men to stay Nepal.
