Does anyone have a recent experience with an inexpensive phone card working when you place a call to KTM?

before the communication blackout I used a card from uniontelecard that worked almost all the time and was about 14 cents/minute to KTM, but now it won't work and the ppl at uniontelecard are telling me that no phone calls to nepal are going through, which is b.s. because an ATT card will work but it's like 65 cents/minute!

if someone could hook me up with a good company and a good cheap card i'd really appreciate it.
